My treatment room is open Monday - Friday please check the recipient will be able to redeem their voucher during my opening hours.

Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase, and can not be redeemed after this date.
Please be aware my treatment room is upstairs so a gift voucher may not be suitable for all. Please also note that I do not offer treatments at the weekends, my working days are Monday-Thursday with late evening treatment times on a Tuesday and Thursday . It is your responsibility to check this is suitable for the recipient, refunds will not be given if the recipient cannot attend during the available treatment times.
Lost, stolen or destroyed gift vouchers will not be exchanged or refunded.
Vouchers are non-refundable other than within the 14 day cancellation period as per the Consumer Contracts (information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
